A little lovely spot that makes you feel a piece of real Korea First of all , I wanna thank the lady which I believe it's the owner, for being such a nice person and very professional and friendly. Then , now I'll add this , we stopped by looking for some quality Korean food and surprisingly that place satisfied our cravings leaving us with a very nice sensation of going back again , needless to say the food was a delicious meal but also a nice feeling of satisfaction. We ordered jokbal , it was prepared in a such a delicious manner that honestly it made me close my eyes due to it's amazing flavor , not to say the side dishes are to die for , amazingly tasteful. I recommend this little spot for any casual weekend, also it's so clean and more important, friendly which makes you feel at home. This is my humble experience and I wanted to share it with all of you guys .

Nice ladies and food taste so good! We ate in the food court area which was okay but the bathroom is kind of bad. Other than that the spicy pork feet sauce was so good my boyfriend enjoyed it so much. This was his second time eating pork feet ever in his life and he loved it. But they are very spicy!!

As we landed ANA(Santa Ana Airport), first thing we craved was the Korean food. I managed to use Google maps to search for nearby Korean food, but Soondae(Korean Sausage) caught my attention first. It really wasn’t only the review score, but the awareness level of this place from the locals. It’s conveniently located in H Mart (Korean Supermarket), but it’s well known for making its own Soondae and Jokbal. There are more than 3 options for the size offering and it will fit whether you visit as a solo or with big family. Soondae, not only was it fresh, but its Gan(Liver) was also very fresh! (Talk about being moisty instead of the usual ‘dry’ ones you come across) All the side dishes (Lettuce, Jalapeño, Garlics) were on points and the staff were readily available on spot to re-fill at any given time. I highly recommend for those who have love for Jokbal and Soondae, but also those who are seeking for a new Korean food/menu to try out.

Owner boss lady was so lovely and helpful. She came out and explained all the food and how to eat for my non Korean fam. Gave the touch that only an owner operator can. Jokbal was perfectly cooked, clean and delicious. The hardest part of making this dish is getting out the sometimes overpowering porky flavor that can come with pigs feet. Nailed it! Same thing with the bo ssam. The meat was tender, cabbage quick salt pickled to perfection. Soondae was also splendid. Soft and chewy without the grit. All the banchan had that 손맛 like your momma made it. Kiss my teeth, delicious. Wonder why they don't have a full service restaurant, the food certainly is worthy of more than a food hall at Hmart. Next time I have a gathering I know where I'm going.
